Student Ragu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    olive oil
    sliced potatoes
    sliced carrots
    1 or 2 cans beef broth (Campbell's)
    6 to 8 strips lean steak
    sliced onions
Preparation
    In large frying pan, brown bacon and steak in olive oil.
    Add a layer of each vegetable.
    Pour in beef broth.
    Cover and simmer until done.
    Makes its own gravy.
