Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered)
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and mash. Add butter and cream cheese.
    Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.
    Stir in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and next 6 ingredients.
