Savannah Red Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled
1 lb. bacon
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. uncooked rice
4 c. water
Preparation

Fry bacon and sausage.
Drain off excess drippings.
Add green peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Cook about three minutes.
Add rice and water.
Cover and cook slowly about 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
