Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. fat (shortening)
    3/4 c. fluid milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix in fat with fork or two knives until crumbly.
    Add milk.
    Mix enough to wet dry ingredients.
    Drop dough from a tablespoon on greased baking pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 (very hot oven) 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
    Makes 12 biscuits.
