Oat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. molasses or honey
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak oats in boiling water; let rest 20 minutes. Mix yeast in 1/3 cup lukewarm water. To the oatmeal mixture, add salt, molasses or honey, oleo and yeast mixture. Add flour, 2 cups at a time, kneading in the last 2 cups. Shape mound and let rise in a greased bowl for 2 hours or more. Cut down with a knife several times. Shape in 2 greased loaf pans. Let rise. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
