Fudgy Mocha Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
2 to 3 Tbsp. powdered instant coffee
1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked pie crust (9-inch)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt butter.
Add cocoa; stir until smooth.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk, water, eggs, instant coffee and chocolate chips. Whisk until well blended.
Remove from heat.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 50 minutes or until center is set.
Cool completely.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 8 servings.
