Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers, crumbled fine
    1 scant c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix crackers, nuts and 1/2 of the sugar.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add vanilla and remaining sugar.
    Fold into cracker and nut mixture.
    Pour into a 9-inch buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Chill and top with whipped cream. This is excellent.
