Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 7 lb.) rump roast
    2 to 3 c. water
    2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. each marjoram, thyme and oregano
    few drops of Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic clove
    1 c. sliced green pepper
Preparation
    Roast beef on rack in open roasting pan at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes per pound. Cool and slice.
