Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna, drained
    1 egg
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1 c. bread/cracker crumbs
    2 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    salt
    pepper
    celery (optional)
    shredded carrots (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Use enough milk to make a sticky dough.
    Flatten into 6 to 8 patties.
    Brown in oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Turn once.
    Brown other side, cooking about 8 minutes altogether.
    Serve with tartar sauce.
