Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3 c. peeled, diced cooking apples
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside.
Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl; mix well.
Stir in apples and pecans (batter will be very stiff).
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool cake in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
