Smoked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, cut in half
    2 bottles liquid smoke
    salt and pepper
    lemon pepper marinade
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and dry chicken.
    Put on liquid
    smoke, lemon pepper marinade and dot with butter.
    Place skin side up.
    Begin baking at 400\u00b0, then turn down to 350\u00b0 and baste with smoke as it cooks.
