Cauliflower Potato Salad(Low Carb) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    5 hard-boiled eggs
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise (low-fat best)
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. sliced green olives with pimentos
    1/2 c. chopped fresh celery
Preparation
    Microwave cauliflower with onion for 3 to 5 minutes (until heated through). Drain and cool. Chop cauliflower. Add chopped eggs and other ingredients. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate.
