Sherrill'S New England Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced peaches
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
cinnamon to taste
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 egg
1 c. milk
Preparation

Put the first 5 ingredients in a buttered dish and dot with margarine.
Sift the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add the melted margarine, egg and milk.
Beat well and add to peach mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
