Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 3/4 lb. ground chuck, browned
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    sliced Mozzarella cheese
    4 c. tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (6 oz.) container cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    10 cooked lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and add first 8 ingredients.
    Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer uncovered until thick (approximately 1 hour).
    Stir occasionally.
    Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
