Crispy Crunch Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/3 c. salted peanuts, crushed
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter and add sugar.
    Heat slowly.
    Stir until blended.
    Add corn flakes; toss to coat well.
    Remove from heat and add peanuts.
    Cool.
    Stir into softened ice cream.
    Pour into freezer tray and re-freeze.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
