Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients well.
    Add the carrots, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Blend all together and bake in ungreased pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
