Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast (sirloin tip, boneless shoulder or rump)
    salt
    garlic salt
    dehydrated onions
    black pepper
    Worcestershire
Preparation
    Sprinkle each side of roast with listed seasoning, sauce and onions.
    Place in browning bag and follow directions of manufacturer of bag.
    Place in oven at 300\u00b0 in pan and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending upon doneness desired.
    Beef makes own natural gravy that may be used as is or, if preferred, can be thickened as desired.
