Nice Crust Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned (6 pieces)
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
6 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brush chicken with mustard; set aside. In large shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder and oregano.
Roll the chicken, in the bread crumb mixture to coat.
Place chicken in a large, lightly greased baking pan, meaty side up.
Drizzle chicken with the melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes or until fork-tender.
Arrange chicken on a serving dish and top with sour cream.
