Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted margarine
4 chicken breasts, boiled
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 large can Veg-All, drained
Preparation

Place 1/2 of crushed Ritz crackers on top of melted margarine in bottom of casserole dish.
Cut chicken in small pieces and mix with other ingredients.
Pour in dish on top of margarine and crackers.
Top with remaining crackers and cook at 350\u00b0 for about 25 or 30 minutes.
