Hawaiian Baked Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Mochi-ko
    1 can coconut milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. honey (optional)
    1 can Tsubushi-an (sweet red bean paste; optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients together and spread into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and cut into squares.
