Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
2 minced cloves garlic
40 oz. redskin kidney beans
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef in heavy saucepan.
Add chopped onions and minced clove of garlic.
Cook until tender.
Add redskin kidney beans, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper and chili powder.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Serve.
