Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1/2 envelope Knox gelatine
1 c. water, plus 1/4 c.
1 c. peach pickle juice
1 jar peach pickles, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water.
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Mix jello and gelatine and chill slightly until thickened.
Stir in peach pickles, pecans, pickle juice and pineapple.
Pour into one large bowl or individual molds and chill.
