Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
strips of Cheddar cheese
jalapeno peppers, seeded and cut into strips
1 pkg. pork Shake 'n Bake
Preparation

Mix sausage, cheese and Bisquick.
Put Bisquick mixture around strip of cheese and jalapeno pepper.
Coat with Shake 'n Bake. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
