Chocolate Silk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
    1 lb. margarine
    4 eggs
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    3 semi-sweet chocolate sq. (melt in microwave)
Preparation
    In a large mixing
    bowl cream margarine.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes between each one or until mixture is smooth.
    Blend in
    powdered
    sugar very slowly.
    Add melted chocolate and continue to
    blend
    until smooth.
    Pour into pie shells and chill
    overnight.
    Garnish
    with
    whipped
    topping. Makes 2 pies.
