Baked Pineapple With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Keep 3 tablespoons of juice.
    Add grated cheese and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Combine cracker crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle over pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
