Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in large bowl.
    Add milk, salt, butter, eggs and 1/2 cup sugar; mix well.
    Add enough flour to make soft dough.
    Place in greased bowl, turning to grease surface.
    Let rise in warm place for 5 to 6 hours or in refrigerator overnight.
    Shape as desired or put into greased muffin pan.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
