Macadamia Orange Cheese Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar, divided
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2/3 c. Macadamia nuts, divided
4 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
With the bak of a spoon, press onto bottom and sides (not on rim) of a 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Chop 1/2 cup of the Macadamia nuts; set aside.
