Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and milk together.
    Add sour cream and beat. Shred dried beef.
    Crisp 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Stir 1 cup into mixture.
    Place all ingredients in small casserole.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts on top.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve piping hot on crackers.
