Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
14 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
bread crumbs and additional Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw the potatoes and place in 2-quart casserole dish. Add soup, sour cream, onion and Cheddar cheese to potatoes.
Stir gently to mix well.
Top with bread crumbs and additional Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
