Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/4 cup catsup
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 pkg. brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except brown gravy mix.
    Shape into 6 - 8 patties.
    Brown in electric skillet on both sides. Place patties into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with pan spray.
    Prepare gravy mix according to directions.
    Pour over patties.
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
