Lemon Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 eggs
    1 c. fresh or frozen (don't thaw) raspberries
    2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine and mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Blend well half and half, oil, lemon extract and eggs.
    Add to above mixture.
    Use raspberries or try a different berry minus any liquid.
    Fold berries and poppy seed into mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 18 to 23 minutes or until golden brown.
    Be careful not to overbake.
