Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted cake flour
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat butter until soft.
Add sugar and blend until creamy. Add vanilla.
Stir in flour and pecans.
Roll dough into small balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Roll puffs while hot in powdered sugar and roll again when cold. Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
