Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) Brussels sprouts
1/2 c. thin sliced celery
1 c. thin sliced carrots
1 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Place first 5 ingredients in saucepan; cook until tender (10 to 12 minutes); drain.
In bowl, mix butter, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add to vegetables and toss lightly.
