Chili Rellenos Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans whole chilies (Ortega)
1 large can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. Jack cheese, sliced
salt and pepper
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Split chilies; remove seeds.
Lay flat; rinse and drain.
Rub oil on bottom and sides of two 9 x 13-inch pans or two 9 x 9-inch pans.
Spread 1/2 of the chicken in each pan or pans, skin side down.
Place sliced cheese on chilies; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Beat eggs and milk; pour over cheese and peppers (chilies).
Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Serve hot with salsa.
