Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 large onions, chopped
    4 carrots, chopped
    6 ribs celery with leaves, chopped
    1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 Tbsp. vegesalt
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. herbs
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts and vegetables in 6-quart soup pot.
    Add 2 quarts water.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Remove chicken, slice and return to pot.
