Corn Bread Taco Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. corn muffin mix (regular or sweet)
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
dash of cumin (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet and drain. Stir in taco seasoning, water, corn, peppers and tomato sauce. Add a dash of cumin (optional). Mix all together. Pour in a 7 x 13-inch glass baking dish or 2-quart casserole dish.
