Artichoke Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    4 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    3 drops hot sauce
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 jars artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Cook onion in water; drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
    Cut in 1-inch squares.
