Chicken Fajita Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 medium sweet pepper, in bite size strips
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
    6 oz. cooked chicken breast, cut into strips
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    salsa
    sour cream
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, prick skins and microwave on High for 15 to 18 minutes.
