Beef Stew Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. beef stew meat
    4 or 5 potatoes
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    5 or 6 carrots
    green pepper
    lots of onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato sauce (large size)
Preparation
    Wash stew meat and place in 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
    Slice vegetables on top of meat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour tomato sauce over all.
    Seal with aluminum foil.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 hours.
