Spinach-Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. spinach leaves, washed well and drained
    1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    granulated sugar substitute (to equal 1/2 tsp. sugar)
    1/2 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper and Dijon-2 style mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In salad bowl, combine spinach and mushrooms.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over spinach mixture and toss gently to combine.
    Yield:
    2 servings.
