Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
4 eggs
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. melted margarine or butter Crisco
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
10 oz. bran flakes, Raisin Bran or fruit and fiber of any kind
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, soda, salt and melted margarine or shortening.
Add bran flakes and mix thoroughly. This makes a large amount to be kept in the refrigerator 6 to 8 weeks.
Use as needed.
You may add pecans, walnuts or coconut or put jelly in the middle before taking out of the oven or anything you might like, something new each morning.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to
25 minutes.
Don't overbake.
