Baked Tuna Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. almonds
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, almonds, mustard and seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 40 balls. Roll in cornflakes.
    Dip in butter (melted).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve on cocktail toothpicks.
