Betty Ford'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
    1 c. cooked Uncle Ben's white and wild rice mix
    1 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken and rice (cooked according to package directions) and mix well.
    Pour chicken broth and vinegar over the mixture; mix and chill overnight.
    Just before serving, add diced celery.
