Whole Wheat Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1/3 c. molasses
    3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water; stir well. Pour hot water over sugar and salt; stir until dissolved. Cool. Add softened yeast, shortening, molasses and whole wheat flour, beating until smooth. Add remaining flour
    and work it in well with the hands. Turn onto floured pastry cloth and knead until smooth and elastic. Place dough in a greased bowl. Grease surface of dough. Cover and let rise until double in bulk (about 2 hours). Divide into 2 parts. Shape into loaves and place in greased loaf pans, about 8 x 4 x 3-inches. Cover and let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
