Corn Bread(No Sugar!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. honey
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Measure flour and sift baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix with corn meal.
Combine oil, honey and eggs.
Add buttermilk, mixing well, and combine with dry ingredients.
Beat only until smooth.
Fill well oiled 8 x 8-inch shallow pan 1/2 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
