Crab Meat Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. crab meat
4 tsp. minced onion
4 tsp. green peppers, chopped
3 tsp. mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated cheese
dash of paprika

Preparation

Make sauce with butter, flour, milk and Worcestershire. Combine remaining ingredients, except crumbs, cheese and paprika. Add sauce to mixture.
Pour into greased casserole.
Sprinkle with crumbs, cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
