Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stewing beef, cut in strips
1 large can beef broth
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
3 c. noodles (uncooked)
Preparation

In large pan, cook beef with onions until tender.
Add broth, mushroom soup and water.
Cover and heat to boiling (stir often). Reduce heat to low.
Add noodles and sour cream.
Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes until noodles are tender.
