Barbecued Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. onions
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls and brown in
skillet.
(Place
a
little
shortening in skillet.) Drain off liquid
and pour barbecue sauce over meat; simmer for 20 minutes. If desired meat may be transferred to a casserole dish after browning and
baked in a 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
