One-Pot Meal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin
3 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin
3 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 can tomatoes and juice
1 can water (maybe more)
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Brown meat in a skillet.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add layers of vegetables in order.
Top with cut up tomatoes.
Add juice and water.
When potatoes and cabbage are tender, it is ready to serve.
Serve with cornbread.
