Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. plus 8 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream the shortening, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add in eggs and beat.
Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to first mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop from spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
